7yIn the last few years, only the last two months were salary delayed because of a financial crunch. The CEO addressed the whole organization in advance - 3 weeks in advance and prepared everyone. The top management got a fund infusion at a high rate of interest and all employees were paid. The company gives employees a 5 day week. When employees work on holidays Overtime is paid.

7yReligiate has a Digital Office with excellent HR systems. The entire HR platform is automated and is on the cloud. We experimented with a "work from home" concept which did not work out as a few members could not cope up with that. We still have the work from home concept but have made it super-selective.
