Pros

Flexible work environments and interesting game projects if you get the chance to work on them.

Cons

It seems as if most client work is used to fund pet projects for the company. This leaves the client work poorly planned out and disorganized, resulting in a scramble for suitable assets and timelines creating stress on the production employees. Senior management is dishonest and vague about important issues including, but not limited to, late payments for contract workers. Company wide meetings are held stressing that the company is still in full growth mode despite recent layoffs, only to have another round of layoffs a week or two later.

Pros

-Generous vacation policy -Regular performance reviews

Cons

-Was mislead by company and supervisors about what I would be allowed to accomplish career-wise. As a result, my best efforts never yielded any advancements, just empty words of encouragement to keep pushing forward. -My dissatisfactions and gripes were listened to, but not actually "heard" or taken seriously. -Workload was constantly unbalanced amongst employees. Despite task overload and struggling to meet tight deadlines ( (with little to no help) and succeeding at that, my skills were never used to their full potential. Although commended for my talents, I was only called upon when stressful rush work and menial tasks were needed. -Favouritism and double standards were very prevalent -Inconsistent and mixed messages: one minute I was praised, the next berated or talked down -Often singled out and given a hard time for making minor mistakes where others would be forgiven -Implications that I was not allowed to opinions or alternate ideas -Difficult to make friends as people were very clickey -Combination of meaningless, stressful work and struggling to relate to others led to regular mental breakdowns after work

Pros

Fellow workers in the trenches were awesome. Check out some of the old employees on LinkedIn, any number of them would be a great fit if you're looking to hire.

Cons

Upper management couldn't run a business to save their lives. Everyone remaining was laid off earlier this year (2025). Don't be fooled by the fake reviews being posted here. I'm not sure what they're trying to do but there's no reviving this company..
