Reltco IS a family owned business and does not offer the "corporate" atmosphere. Everyone works together for the satisfaction of our clients needs which is how a good business is ran. Our pay scales are monitored thru reports, our underwriters and competitors to assure we are line with industry standards. We pay overtime, provide annual increases that far exceed industry standards to those qualifying and provide bonus' to those that surpass expectations. One thing we do not do is "out market" any employee to where they would never have any growth or ever be able to get another job in title thru pay that is just thrown at them to be a "patch employee". If you are not a positive influence to the organization, our management team and to our clients (who ultimately pay our pay checks) then you will not be rewarded and are replaceable.
