      Benefits - but now it seems its a con

      - Just read the HR script rubber stamp response to another colleague - Terrible! - Be honest, and don't throw around this Credo non-sense now, after the direct lies to employees during each 'Open Door' share on the finances. - Why would we open/then keep a Portugal office when we knew we had more headcount than revenue and let go of the US side of the business? - I would use the "anonymous surveys" you put out like candy each week and let the employees really share the truth to the CEO. - "Encourage employees to step forward and share concerns....?" then be fired, how can they when their manager's are apparently the issue here. - Your responsibility should be to your "Employees" first, without them you have no company!

      Don't believe that Life at Reltio video

      Pros

      Full support for remote work. Unlimited vacation. Interesting technology. Nice people.

      Cons

      Executive management does not communicate effectively within their own team or with other teams. Contradictory guidance/priorities delivered from individual executive team members who step in to override plans and assignments developed by managers further down the ladder, thereby interrupting productivity and stripping leads of their autonomy. Toxic, backbiting, manipulative corporate culture based on micromanagement and passive-aggressive communication styles rather than clear direct input. Poorly organized development process and implementation resulting in constant customer escalations that kill off work-life balance for employees.

      Terrible company, only lip service

      Work from home May work as a stepping stone for moving onto next job

      Cons

      Psychopath management, politics Managers have no qualms taking credit for their employees work rampant racism In alleged open office, CEO is surrounded by Great Wall of HR most people suck up to the CEO and that's the only way to maintain continuity here celebrations are on the surface, internally teams suffer business nose diving too, evident from the layoffs

      As you know we are open to all feedback and spend quite a bit of our time, energy and focus on making Reltio a great place to work. What you describe here is not feedback we have received in the past and we are frankly quite surprised and saddened by these accusations. I would like to point out that Reltio is not and never will allow for discrimination of any kind. We are very sorry that this was your experience. However, based on the feedback we do receive from our employees and from our Engagement Survey results, our 300 employees are highly engaged and love working at Reltio.
