      Pros

      Transparency, accountability and trust! The team is smart, driven, and collaborative, and there's a strong sense of purpose behind everything. The fast-paced environment means you're constantly learning and growing, and no two days are ever the same.

      Cons

      As with any startup/scale-up, things move quickly and priorities can shift. It’s not for someone looking for rigid structure or a slow pace - but if you're adaptable and enjoy a challenge, it’s incredibly rewarding.

      Pros

      RelyComply fosters a collaborative, high-growth atmosphere for top achievers. This company has a culture where wins are celebrated and everyone puts their hands up to help you achieve your goals. Senior management cares about me as a person above and beyond fostering career growth and learning. There is also flexibility and understanding that life happens as long as work is completed and RelyComply is extremely supportive of employees who are parents. I am truly excited to come to work every day where I know I will be learning something new, pushed to excel and supported while doing it.

      Cons

      As the company is rapidly scaling, knowledge documentation and the onboarding process are in the early stages of development. This can make it challenging to get up to speed on the industry/ RelyComply platform. This initiative is a key focus for the company currently so that all new hires are set up to succeed.
