Pros
Great team doing beautiful and interesting work. The company gives you the opportunity to be involved in work which feels meaningful and a lot of care is put into their product. Few companies in the area have the level of craft and space that Remains does. If you are interested in the work, you'll enjoy working and your coworkers and bosses will notice.
Cons
You'll be best served by the company if you are self directed and are not thrown off by what can seem like a 'scrappy' environment. You'll have space to grow and learn as long as you interpret the gaps in resources or direction as opportunities.

- Interesting, engaging projects that you can be proud of - Gain experience designing for a wide variety of materials and machining/fabrication processes - It's refreshing to work for employers that care about you as an individual - Some employees have been there for 20+ years and are happy to train and share knowledge - Good job for people who are happy to put their heads down and work - Opportunities for education sponsored by the company - Almost no travel requirements, but visits to vendors are encouraged - Easy to work remotely
Cons
- Lack of consistency requires having to sometimes redo work - Hard to enact big changes due to company's small size - Low staff numbers can make the job tough
