      There are no pros to share, it would be a lie if I said there were.

      Cons

      The kitchen staff will show up at 9:00 10:00 and start serving and cooking breakfast no housekeeping patients rooms are filthy they stink nurses don't show up you can never find a CNA they will all go on break at the same time there is no structure.
