Pros

Some of the colleagues are friendly and helpful.

Cons

No opportunity for self growth, You need to be a good chatter to the boss to get a promotion. Its not about the good work you do, No value from the company towards their employees, Strict and unnecessary rules that would apply only to regular employees and not managers, The entire company is a big unorganised chaotic mess, Minimum pay and they want to squeeze out all from you until the last drop, If you don't like something, you can't complain, they tell you to leave your job. And definitely not a friendly environment for foreigners.

Pros

Just the 13 & 14 salary

Cons

Working at Remedica was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped foot into the lab, I was greeted with a toxic environment that permeated every aspect of the workplace culture. It's hard to pinpoint where to begin when describing the multitude of issues that plague this company, but I'll do my best to outline the key issues. First and foremost, there was absolutely no real training provided. New employees were essentially thrown into the deep end and expected to fend for themselves. This lack of support led to an atmosphere of constant stress and anxiety, as employees struggled to keep up with the demands of their roles without proper guidance. Moreover, the work culture was rife with backstabbing and cutthroat behavior. Instead of fostering a collaborative environment where employees could support one another, there was a pervasive sense of competition and mistrust. This toxic dynamic originated from the top of the pyramid and trickled down throughout the entire organization. One of the most egregious offenses of the company was its complete disregard for work-life balance and fair compensation. Employees were routinely expected to work overtime without any additional pay or recognition for their efforts. Furthermore, the company had a strict policy against taking leaves, leaving employees feeling trapped and overworked. Despite the immense amount of work and dedication put in by employees, there was no appreciation or acknowledgment from management. Opportunities for career growth or advancement were virtually nonexistent, leaving employees feeling stuck in dead-end positions with no hope for progression. Unless of course, you were a relative of a friend of a friend of the manager. To make matters worse, the managers at Remedica were not mentally fit to lead. Their sole focus was on achieving results at any cost, even if it meant sacrificing ethical standards and employee well-being. This lack of integrity only served to further erode trust and morale within the company. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend [Company Name] to anyone seeking employment. It is a place where employees are treated as expendable resources, forced to endure a toxic work environment with no hope for improvement or advancement. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for employment opportunities.
