Benefits are good in and ways, pay is average

Cons

Sweatshop. Will pressure you to do free extra work. Expectations unclear and constantly changing. Toxic culture. More focused on politics and racial grievance than making it a healthy place to work. Will not hire or promote you of your don't check the dei boxes. Had to sit through many "lunch and learns" serving up the same leftist propaganda.

-The weekly team lunches were a positive aspect of the culture and provided a good opportunity to connect with colleagues across teams. -The office location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and coffee shops. -My peers were supportive, helpful, and professional, which made collaboration enjoyable.

Cons

-There was limited communication regarding role expectations and performance standards, and expectations sometimes appeared to shift without clear documentation. -(My) manager did not respect employee communication boundaries -Very limited and unorganized training material/support/schedule which caused major issues as time went on - Additionally, in-office requirements were not always aligned across the team, which impacted morale and team cohesion.
