      Pros

      I’ve found my company to offer plenty of opportunities to handle interesting and challenging projects. There's a great sense of ownership, and you're given full freedom to manage your projects independently. The working environment is collaborative and supportive, with a friendly team and a good overall work culture.

      Cons

      There's room for further updates in the infrastructure, but it doesn’t take away from the productivity and experience.

      Pros

      1) It provides training programs and workshops that allows employees to continuously enhance their skills and knowledge in topic that they are not aware of. 2)working here has been an amazing experience till date. 3)can get an hands-on practice in most of the ophthalmic devices 4)Good part is that the company is working on ophthalmic based devices through which we can contribute to eradicate blindness through early detection.

      Best place for any one especially for freshers and junior level employees to explore and learn. My journey at Remidio starting as asst Admin to Trainee HR and now Executive HR in just 1.5 years was amazing, and that shows how talent is recognized and valued.
