Pros

There are no pros to involving yourself with this company.

Cons

This company is utilizing ethically questionable employment practices. Nothing is what it seems there. They are not looking for long term commitments. This company hires as they need help to get them out of the weeds. Don't believe anything they tell you. It's a CON.

Pros

Truthfully, no pros outweigh the negatives

Cons

It’s really unfortunate that there aren’t more fashion companies that are in Arizona that are legitimate. At Remo Tulliani, the world revolves around Remo Tulliani. Her world revolves around Remo Tulliani. It’s created this toxic precedence that if your world doesn’t also revolve around Remo Tulliani then you are the worst employee ever. They’ll make you feel that way too - you could never work hard enough or give enough of your time. It’s actually kind of sad. You need to be available 24 hours a day and god forbid you have a social life or are in a relationship. The constant neediness will make you feel like you’re dating the him/ the company. They prey on young, college age people so that they can pay next to nothing and make false promises about being able to make a lot more money over time. Hiring women who are unmarried without kids so there’s less distractions outside of 24/7 Remo Tulliani time and preferring not hiring men because they ‘push back’. Also they’ll 10-99 you as if you’re not a full time employee, so you have no benefits and have to pay taxes at the end of the year. Shady way to run a business. With all of the homophobic, racist and sexist things that continue to be said, there should be a support group for people who have been ‘contracted’ to work there. It’s sad, you think people would learn after they keep losing multiple people who worked for all of one trade show season and couldn’t handle it anymore. They’ll talk smack about every person behind their backs to other employees and then even to their faces. Several of us girls ended up being pushed to the point of crying and quitting on the spot while out of town. You deserve better, trust the reviews. Don’t waste your time and damage your mental health.

Pros

They’ll give you the job with little qualifications... I feel bad for people who are desperate enough to take this job. Read the reviews people.

Cons

- no management - no hr - Unfair pay and no overtime pay - no benefits - Toxic workplace culture (vocal racism and abuse, cigar smoking, drinking, loud music) - No break room (I sat in my car for lunch... other coworkers did the same) - expect long hours (the owner basically lives there)
