      Company was acquired by PE so while their mantra is faith based their actual goals are exclusively profit leading to moving goal posts on a consistent basis

      It's appointment based. Not call center style, so there's more time to research, advise, and pitch plans.

      Cons

      Not nearly a livable wage considering the responsibilities are closely aligned with what Customer Success Managers do. Even for experienced licensed health insurance producers average 60k-70k BASE salary.
