      Lots of time to study to myself

      Cons

      They will hire you and lay you off 3 months later because they didn't expect the senior engineers to pull away from current projects and because "You aren't growing here." If I was a new college graduate I would choose somewhere else to start.

      Coffee in the break room was hot.

      Leadership does not exist. Business planning does not exist. Product sales does not really exist.
