Hmm the only thing that I can think of is they offer Remote setup or WFH (though they will not pay for your internet bill)

Cons

Delay salary range from 3 (this is normal according to them this is because of the transfer delay but the truth is client need to pay you in advance) up to 7 days yes you have to exclude saturday and sunday LOL Even if the client want to increase your salary because of how the management work (lazy workers) do I have to continue? If you need freelance work then please stay out of Remote Staff there are lots of ways for you to get a client trust me on this :)
