Pros

I had a rewarding experience working here. The team is collaborative, the leadership is supportive, and I got opportunities to work on real-world problems across multiple technologies. Great place for early-career developers to build a strong foundation.

Cons

Honestly, I didn’t encounter any significant cons. The team and leadership were supportive, and the environment was conducive to growth.

Pros

Only pros is that you can come late

Cons

I worked at Remotestate, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The work-life balance is almost non-existent. You're expected to be available constantly, with unrealistic expectations and pressure. Even a small design inconsistency — like a slight difference in color on a panel — was treated as a fireable offense. The company hires in bulk and fires just as quickly. Out of every 10 people hired, 9 are let go, often without proper feedback or support. There's no real value or respect given to employees — you're just there to get the work done. Once that’s done, or if you make even a minor mistake, you’re out. No second chances, no growth support, just a revolving door of hiring and firing. I would not recommend Remotestate to anyone looking for stability, growth, or a healthy work culture.
