WFO for Pune Head office employees

A total disappointment with this company. They have 4-5 set faces for which they do everything and anything. Even if they make mistakes, the company will praise them for their efforts. Although I contributed numerous things, I never received any public appreciation or respect for my work, neither from the team manager nor management. They have policies that you'll become familiar with upon leaving the company (Note that these policies are not in their policy document). You'll never get respect in the company. They don't value trust in front of money. They have zero accountability for their actions. The long form of HR in this company is 'Hoping for Recognition'. They work for this term only. Overall, a bad experience, and I regret my decision to join this company.
