Pros
The best and only reason to work there is to get a paycheck every two weeks. That is the only reason.
Cons
There is virtually no commission. The company and industry is very shady. Terrible working conditions. They micro manage everyone. You will be lorded over. When you start the job they tell you that you will have benefits, commission and be on salary. All are not true. Top sales producer in the office received a commission check for 75 dollars for a whole month of great sales!
