My experience with Renaissance Tours was appalling, and the main reason was the boss. The leadership style can only be described as abusive. Daily mood swings were taken out on employees, creating a toxic atmosphere driven by fear and humiliation. Staff were constantly talked down to and treated like children rather than professionals. The boss’s behaviour was monstrous — intimidating, disrespectful, and emotionally draining. There was no support, no trust, and no basic human decency in the way employees were treated. On top of this, the pay was low, there were no opportunities for career growth, and a significant amount of overtime was expected without proper compensation. Overall, this is a deeply unhealthy workplace that I would strongly advise others to avoid.

Its a great job entering the ecommerce space but it has no real lateral climb in the immediate future. Management is basically locked in and you will be doing the job of 2-3 people. Specialization is a myth here and very few people actually get to be focus on their core responsibilities.
