      Pros

      One man show, There is absolutely no management structure. Its entirely flat

      Cons

      The President is constantly belittling his employees, consultants, customers & antagonizing staffs. you are never valued, under paid and always replaceable. That is the mentality. No one seems motivated in this place. It is a very frustrating environment to work in. There is only one person in Admin juggling both HR and day to day payable/ receivables operations.

      Worked at RENAPS for 5 years and always had a great time at work, management is very comprehensive and focussed on the well being of the employees, always looking to push everyone to the next level I learned a lot at RENAPS, and would highly recommend to any Oracle expert..

      nothing on the cons side - its a great organization with lots of professional benefits that is looking for the best of its customers and employees.
