SSG or ITCSSG organization has employers those who are against the employees and their growth. It's not good for organizations growth. The organization which are against employees, they are not going to develop. And they will spoil themselves. So Employees, please try to avoid this organization.

Bad leave policy You never get 100% Variable pay, Variable pay will be credited in September salary for 1st half and 2nd half will be at March salary. There is no predefined HR policy for all those things. If you put notice then you won't get your variable pay. IF you put a paper they will play with you.
