As a whole, the leadership lacks all ability when it comes to communication (you've got a handful of people that truly do there job the way it should be done, a handful of people is FAR from all of them. The company is also running absolutely rampant with nepotism. All it takes is to rub that one person wrong.....and since communication is non existent, nothing else matters after that point. Not your work ethic, not your experience, not your performance, not your history with the company.....it all becomes irrelevant. Even looking at it in hindsight, it all goes right back to what I already said which is the intentional lack of communication. Understand I'm not taking into account ONLY my experience, I've not only been told about it happening work other people but I've seen it happen to other people (on a regular basis).
