Pros
Renken Engineering Solutions is a small, family-owned business that is such a great place to work for. It is a very tight-knit community where you literally feel like you are a part of the family. The company only does work for the Telecommunications industry, so there is plenty of variety and unique projects to work on daily. Everyone is treated in a respectful manner, and everyone is given tasks that work best for their skillsets. Overall, an excellent company to work for!!
Cons
Sometimes it could be overwhelming when a large amount of work had to be completed, but it never was too much to handle.
