      Ironic pizza lunches to boost your confidence!

      Cons

      Believe the reviews! The lure you in with pizza lunches and sometimes St-Hubert chicken. Management is incompetent, uneducated, racist, abusive, passive-aggressive, overly emotional about every single thing. Don’t even get me started about the CEO. They make account managers and media coordinators lie to clients, this whole company is a scam. STAY AWAY!!! Also you start with a 6 month probation contract. And if they like you they’ll keep you, you get no insurance or days off during that period. There’s no room for diversity as management likes to keep things… uniform.

      Stable income, payroll on time, best colleagues, never work overtime.

      Cons

      Leadership sucks. No real "management". No long term strategy for growth, just repeat the same thing over and over again.
