      Pros

      Very team oriented environment, a place to thrive and build a good knowledge-base. Talented individuals to learn from. Benefits package, PTO policy, summer hours, monthly lunches and birthday celebrations

      Cons

      Occasionally there aren't enough resources to help do the job effectively. Things are asked of you to get tasks done with there being no prior work/ examples to go off of. Slow response time from employees on email communication
