Pros
Colleagues are same age and education level. Lots of energy spend on introducing you to the company and in other people’s job/role in the company. This results in making more easily personal connections and no hesitation in reaching out to other people in other field of work, because of the personal introduction.
Cons
You need to be flexible. A day as a project manager is never the same. Can result in starting very early at the building site in one city and ending late at the office in another city. The other day may be starting late and working from home.
