Pros

The steady paycheque was the only incentive that kept me working there.

Cons

Very snarly manager and back-stabbing co-workers. Workplace noise very loud, including music. Very stressful place to work.

Pros

The company has a lot of potential

Cons

The president will promisee a company car within 3 months of employment but does not have the intention in getting any additional cars. And when you ask to be reimbursed for the usage of your own vehicule for their purpose they will refuse or find a reason not to. They will not pay your commission and when you ask they will find reasons not to honor it. They expect you to work 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. regardless. and should you not answer a call from the president you will be screamed at during team meetings. The president will use demeaning language towards you as well as in front of other employees. There are no written policies and some people get benefits or perks while others in the same role do not. Depends on who likes you. They do not pay over time at the appropriate rate, they will tell their workers that it's banked time and count 1 hour for an 1 hour instead of 1.5 after you have worked 40 hours in your week. The president will have you work for free for a few months telling you he is testing you out. He will have you work that way as long as possible and not have you paid. If you give enough hours maybe then you will get hired however if you do not work more then 70 hours a week you will fall in their bad grace. They have no respect for employees and do not really care for them. They will not pay workers you find. At first they will but then they will find any reason to delay on payment or will tell your sub contractors that they tried to scam them by over charging and will not honor the payment or will delay payment 60 to 90 days just to help their own cash flow.

Pros

The only pro was getting the paycheck. Other than that I can't think of any at this time or maybe it was so bad that my brain just wants to block the experience. oh, yes....high employee turn over...thank goodness they find better companies to work for. There is no advancement!

Cons

unfair working conditions, noisy work environment with screaming matches between administration and in the presence of clients. Manipulation by ceo to create conflicts between employees in order to generate competition. A very negative work environment.
