It truly is a great company with amazing people! Love my team, and love knowing we are changing peoples lives for the better. Also love your focus on diversity.

Cons

The company has grown exponentially over the past year. This is great, but we are struggling to keeping up with the volume of new clients. We are adding more and more tasks to the account management team, with no added pay or benefits to us, when the tasks should fall under other job titles. This is causing burnout and frustration in your teams. It is also taking away time from our clients.

I worked at Rent Dynamics for almost 5 years, and it was exciting to see the company grow from a small internal department in a parent company to a full technology/services business. There were lots of opportunities to learn new skills, trends, and technologies. The development and design teams had a super fun, yet challenging, culture. It's a great place to start a career and learn from others. I was able to be involved with many different aspects of design within the company, such as the apps, public websites, brochures, exhibit booths, and the office space. The user experience and technology of the apps were far beyond what the industry was used to.

Cons

A lot of talented employees were underpaid, and it was unfortunate that the demanding workload did not match the compensation. Since there aren't many other tech companies in Cache Valley, there wasn't a need (or the funds) to be competitive in hiring, keeping people on, and career progression. Not the best vacation policy or benefits, mostly due to the HR being managed by the parent company. Lots of after-hours effort required depending on the position, but schedules were flexible. There wasn't a strong vision or direction for the company, so it was hard to steer projects in the right way to achieve fuzzy goals.

Great People, Bad Compensation

My coworkers were absolutely incredible.

Cons

Compensation is not very competitive. This may be different for new hires, but in my experience it was very difficult to get appropriate raises for position or responsibility changes.
