Accounting department is very supportive.

Cons

The president micro manages and refuses to handle things appropriately, if at all. He encourages an environment of gossip and malice and insults employees directly to their face and to other staff. He does not encourage taking initiative, aand will stifle a spirited employee. He is afraid of two other staff members who have reputations for bullying other employees.
