Pros
You get to make your own schedule, within certain confinements. Management and co-workers are mostly friendly and positive. Customers will tip frequently and sometimes very well.
Cons
You are often sent out to jobs that require skills you may not possess, and there is no formal training besides some basic YouTube videos. Logistical issues occur very often, and jobs never seem to go as planned. The company lacks a level of organization that leads to mixed-up schedules, missing tools, and upset customers. Some days the job goes several hours over its scheduled time and some days there is not enough work to have you scheduled at all. Better for college age kids trying to make money over summer break than for someone seeking a career.
