      Fast growth means processes and systems are still evolving Some ambiguity in roles and responsibilities as the company scales Change happens quickly, which can feel uncomfortable if you prefer structure Not everything is fully documented yet Scaling teams and tools sometimes lags behind growth

      Pros

      Hands down its a job that I really enjoy coming to each and every day. Its hard to find a job that you actually enjoy getting up and excited for what the day is going to bring and RentVision is exactly that. Each person at RentVision is always willing to step in and help out.

      Cons

      If you don't like continuous learning, it might not be the best fit. The Multi-Family industry is constantly changing, so there are always new things to hear about and learn.

      Pros

      RentVision is hands-down one of the best places I’ve ever worked. From day one, I’ve felt supported, valued, and challenged in the best ways. Leadership genuinely cares about people, not just as employees, but as individuals. They encourage growth through a "people development program", continuously recognize hard work through recognition lunches and fizzy Fridays. All departments are very helpful when you have questions and don't hesitate to jump in and offer assistance where needed. It's a very teamwork oriented place, which is such a breath of fresh air. I would contribute a lot of that from leadership being great from the top down.

      Cons

      Honestly, this one is hard to answer. I would say just the usual challenges of a growing company. Processes evolve quickly and things can change fast. But even that comes with opportunity to shape how things are done.
