Pros

- remote work - work/life balance

Cons

- sell products and services that aren’t valuable or worthwhile - not a profitable company - picked favorites and promoted only employees that were with company from beginning. They also show a pattern of dangling promotions in front of top performers and not delivering those promotions. - culture is fake, bottomless and tacky - cheap in every aspect. Low salaries, bad commission structure - leadership throughout sales team is pathetic, abysmal and toxic - too performers all leave for better positions

Pros

-people are genuine and approachable -would only recommend if you’ve just made a career change and are looking to get your foot in the door -unlimited pto

Cons

-bad health/dental insurance -no 401k matching -young start up that’s still quite messy on the backend -below market pay; no annual bonuses or opportunities for raises without promotion -very minimal opportunity for career growth (both in terms of promotions and personal growth); felt I stopped learning after a month or two -very little diversity -high turnover -lack of training (but they seem to be working on it) -almost too much autonomy at times; can feel very sink or swim
