Pros

To Serve Others With Excellence. They mean it. The company wants you to live out their core values along with them every single day. Take TEAMWORK into your community. Take DEPENDIBILITY and SAFETY on the road home to your family along with HONESTY and INTIGRITY. This company truly cares about people. However, if you expect to be irresponsible by missing work, arriving late and texting all day, this is not the job for you. Check your attitude at the door. Dive in deep, work hard, get competitive wages and build a great career. Oh, and medical is covered by the company. That's right!

Cons

Need to work on career paths.

Pros

Mon-fri hours. Paid insurance premiums.

Cons

10 weeks of incorrect time/pay. I was accused of personally attacking district mgr because I wanted correct pay for hours worked. Avg 100-115 hrs ot, then after ?? On time maybe 40 hrs if lucky. I was retaliated against!

Pros

Looks like an amazing opportunity, starts out great until you do not fall in line with the 'good ole boys' culture already in place. If you play along, you'll be ok, but there is a lot of cutthroat and backstabbing action going on behind the scenes. Not at all locations, but management needs to practice what they preach and be at an equal level with all and not just cater and favor to 'family' and longtime 'facilitators'.

Cons

Difficult to work for a company that does not practice the core values they preach about so much. The company sells you a very good line on how it operates and supports you until you attempt to manage and follow through. Just be careful who's lines you cross. Lots of behind-the-scenes chit chat that will get you in trouble. Sad to say but be careful who you trust, including HR and mid-level management. They really do not have your back as they make it seem.
