The family owned aspect is a double edged sword, because you have family members in key positions who are completely incompetent at what they do. More often than not these people create problems rather than solutions which in my estimation will eventually sink the business.
Salaries are low and not on par with market norms, no review process of any sort so you will never know what you need to do to improve or what you are doing well. No 401K plan, average to below average health benefits, no raises of any sort , the Salary you are hired at will be the same when you leave be it one year later of 10 years later, management plays favorites with employees, terrible time off / holiday policy
