High expectations, no proper training, no work life balance, no proper processes in place. Expected to perform two jobs at the same time, duties that I was not hired to do nor was I informed of during my interview and when I joined the company. I applied for a particular position but was told I would be doing something else that I wasn't aware off. I was expected to perform two jobs, I didn't not have enough time to perform both jobs, nor the expertise. I was told you will be required to do the extra duties which is a whole other role in itself. I raised concerns with my manager that I am not able to do two full time jobs at the same time & then reached out to HR and was fired the next morning and my position was posted on indeed before I was even let go. This was during my probabtion. Not a great company to work for, very low income & micro management.

Inconsistent leadership and direction. Favouritism. Poor compensation. Mediocre benefits at best. Unrealistic expectations placed on specific teams while others get an easy ride. Will promote from within but only if you’re best friends with management and you’ve done nothing to deserve it. A boys club who often takes advantage of female workers and undermines their contribution. Gives out director roles to undeserving workers while others who have worked tirelessly to help build the company are given nothing. If you’re a sales guy and want to make money for minimal output this is the place for you.
