Management does not listen to problems and will sweep them under the rug. Having to see a coworker fall asleep at their desk and hear them snore on a daily basis. when any issue is brought to a direct supervisor they laugh about the situation and ask the worker what should be done about it. Even when given solutions to problems no steps are taken.When an employee gives attitude to a lead about an issue occurring and it’s brought up to a supervisor it is laughed about. Any issues or problems in the company are never addressed. Employee voices are not heard. Constant disrespect from both employees and upper management when trying to address problems within the company. No respect for the good workers who continue to go out of their way for the company. It feels like workers are valued more as friends rather than their technical ability. The work environment feels like upper management does not actually care about the employees. Management continues to encourage repeatable offenses by failing to discipline employees. The management letting employees continue to commit these offenses is disrespectful to other hard working employees.
