      nothing as of now but if i have to mention one - Some processes and systems are still evolving, which can lead to confusion or rework.

      The company is new, having launched this year (2023). So far, they have proven to be focused on making sure that we know that we are valued and are treated with respect. I am very thankful to be a part of the organization.

      Cons

      Being a new company, there are some growing pains, but the team works hard to address those issues quickly.
