Pros

Free lunch if you can count it in as a pro (same food every day) Flexible timings Easy Leave policy (No hassle while applying leaves. But you may uncomfortable asking for them because if seems like the work would have to be stopped if you take a leave) Direct interaction with the CEO Good enough starting salaries. Snacks (which include chips, small chocolates and bread and jam) Can learn about Adword and how digital marketing works upto an extent.

Cons

No Transport Facility (even for the night shift people) No communication between teams. Seems like a typical home setting where you're afraid of elders rather than a startup. Fires employees without any proper procedure. There's no HR department. There are only recruiters(the same people organise events) and finance. No proper salary structure. Bare minimum appraisals. The HR's AKA Recruiters trouble you to write good reviews on Glassdoor.

Pros

- Very supportive upper management who give the required freedom to the employees in order for them to choose their style of work. - Can try your hands at multiple things and learn apart from the role you have been hired for. - The number of years of work experience doesn't count, the zeal to work by taking ownership does. - Upper management is open to critical feedback and works upon it. - Co-workers are friendly and helpful to each other and the upper management is easily approachable. - Once the trust with the management is built, they don't micromanage and bother much about the day to day activities. Daily stand-ups and monthly one on ones with the manager give scope for feedback and assistance with the work as and when necessary. - In order to maintain the work-life balance, quarterly outings are in place. - Though the company has faltered because of few wrong hires, it is picking up and improvising all the products and is customer oriented. - HR is working actively with upper management to build the culture and fix issues.

Cons

Work from Home option was not monitored properly and has been revoked.

Pros

I think Glassdoor is quite positive to give Pros as the first option to fill. But this company does not deserve anything to be written in Pros. 1. I saw a few guys saying free food as a pros : Eating on dirty plates and that unhygienic food can't be a pros. 2. Culture : TBH a really bad culture where 2 teams take ages to communicate and discuss issues with the product but are free enough to walk up to SO called Managers to complain. (Guys grow up and please discuss when you have a problem). 3. Amazing place to learn : Yea an amazing place to learn but they will start from scratch irrespective of you being experienced for any number of years and working at what ever position in your last company, they will make sure you start as an executive. 4. Oh I forgot the Finance /HR will offer you a great hike but negatives, like -20%, -30% and PF should be paid from your salary (Both the contributions I meant) and not a small amount it's going to as high as possible (7 000 a month). Well this was about the pros which Report Garden's current employees posted on HR's request look for few more in cons space.

Cons

No Cab Service and every AMA (Ask me anything but I won't answer) this is one of the question asked and all CEO has to say is ask Finance and make a team who all want cab service and will be fixed but more than an year and no solution and they call it frugality. (Please it's not frugality, frugality means using money for your customers and until and unless you don't see your employees as your customers I'm sure no1 would like to work there.
