Get to work in a facility that assists couples in fulfilling their dream of having a family. Assisting doctors with everyday appointments as well as assisting in minor surgeries and procedures.

Cons

You tend to be overworked due to the company being understaffed. Unorganized management that tends to drop the ball. Long hours.

Staff and patients are great. The staff is top notch. They care about one another and support each other.

Cons

Management is awful. They care only about themselves. Training lasts 3 days, then you are on your own. You can harm an employee with a weapon and not get fired. The HR rep in the office is useless. There is no advancement in the office if management doesn't like you. Management bribs you to give them a 5 star rating. Management also talks about you behind your back to other staff without any regard or remorse.
