Everyone I worked with was hard working, I really enjoyed talking to the regulars and helping tourists new to the city.

Cons

Low pay, disorganization, at times it felt unsafe, exposed to weather conditions.

Pay is the same for all employees outside of management, regardless of how long you have been there. There is no way to contact anyone above the location management.

Lots of downtime at work, good for students

Pay is bad, manager never works but never wants to give employees time off even though they're on "vacation" every other week. It's incredibly unprofessional how customers are handled and how we're directed via the horrible manager to handle them. everything is broken and has been for months, new systems are thrown at us with no direction or explanation on how they work and we're expected to just figure it out. Customers are dissatisfied, employees are dissatisfied, this whole operation is just a joke.
