Pros

RP offered a lot of great experience that you might not find at other agencies. You are immediately thrown in the fire. Leadership is supportive.

Cons

Since its a smaller team, there is a lot of work that goes around and it can be easy to become overwhelmed.

Pros

Overall great place to work, especially if you enjoy agency life. The variety of clients we work with make it possible to learn something new nearly every day. There are ample opportunities for growth and the team really cares about each other. -Team is flexible and communicates well. -Leadership cares about your wellbeing and professional development. -Team is not overly competitive. We elevate each other, and by doing so, elevate the company and ourselves. -Team likes to have fun outside of office hours. -Informal cross-training between the creative team and the PR team (If you ask). -Hybrid work model (WFH + in-office) -Flexible hours -Summer hours

Cons

-May work late some days. -May work on weekends sometimes (very rare, but possible)

Pros

For those looking to jump-start a career in public relations, marketing or communications, Reputation Partners is an excellent shop. Employees traditionally work at least one level above their title, and responsibility is easy to come by. There are numerous leadership opportunities, and the clients are diverse and interesting. The work-life balance is quite good at every level - not just management - and the team you would work with is absolutely wonderful. The office is great with food, snacks, happy hours, company events and even $200 each year to spend on your fellow employees!

Cons

Limited support staff, so if you don't know how to insert letterhead into a printer you might be at a slight disadvantage. Agency-standard turnover.
