Sad Reality of working here

Pros

Not many, truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. *IF YOU WORK IN THE SHOP* you are being monitored at all times on camera… From week one I had manyyyy employees in every position tell me how awful it is and that I needed to walk on eggshells. I truly wanted things to work out with this company but the geriatric attitude mixed with the rage monster heiress, it was beyond stressful. Excuses, bad attitudes, no vision, along with bad business etiquette is what is holding this company down and potentially resulting in a shut down sooner than later. You will hear the horror stories once you start and be told getting yelled and cussed at by owner is likely to happen and it’s just “how they are” I feel bad for anyone not able to escape and pray someone sees this before desperately accepting the position like I did for much less pay.

Cons

Stop micromanaging, stop watching your employees every move, and for the love of everything holy let someone more experienced take over leadership and stop letting the company continue its downward trend.

Dishonest People

Pros

Your coworkers are some of the nicest most hardworking people that you will have the opportunity to work with

Cons

The owners are some of the worst, most dishonest people I've ever met. Constantly throughout my tenure I was told about and saw new multi thousand dollar purchases that were made and then sat unused. I was hired to work in screen print, and after around 6 months I was moved around and settled in ad department the owners openly admitted to management they didn't like. I was given nothing but positive reviews and feedback, yet I was told I was being let go because I was not doing what I was hired to do even though that decision had nothing to do with me. I was also told I was moved from screen print for "errors" which is something that was neither brought to my attention by management, ownership, or during my reviews - because it's a lie. The owners are dishonest cowards that don't respect their employees as human beings.

Pros

Flexible schedule, fun coworkers, unique challenges

Cons

I went into this job having read the reviews but I went in with an open mind thinking that it couldn’t be THAT bad . Big mistake. Kellye, the owners daughter is nothing but a ball of negativity, drama and chaos.

It is unfortunate that employers do not have the ability to review former employees.
