Rescue 1 Financial (R1F) is very special to me because the leadership team here believed in me when no one else did. R1F helped me regain my voice and self-confidence. I honestly could not have completed my Master of Sciences degree in Systems Engineering (at the age of 44) while working full-time, without the support and encouragement of R1F. I am proof that it is never too late to pursue your goals.
I walked into Brad’s office in June 2018, and asked for a job with an obsolete degree. I was so nervous; but he hired me on the spot. Thank-you Brad and Branden, for taking the chance on me, for giving me the opportunity to work again (after being a stay-at-home mom for 12 years), to become a better mom, co-worker, and example for other moms out there.
The staff helped me push through many rough days. Everyone on the team is positive, willing to help and uplifting. I love what I do at R1F and I enjoy working with everyone on the team. I cannot speak for everyone, but this is my own experience. I truly believe that if I come to work with a positive mindset, integrity and willingness to work, the opportunities are limitless.
