Micromanagement from the supervisors who treat you like a child (despite the fact that many of us were the same age if not older), watched incessantly and berated if one is even a minute late from lunch or break and if anything is done wrong during the actual job.
Funnily enough my training lasted for 20 minutes and when I asked for more assistance (this can be a pretty complex job) the supervisors treated me rudely.
EVERYONE with the exception of maybe one supervisor was terrified of the female manager, so the turnover rate was almost as high as one of those sketchy telemarketing jobs despite it being totally legit.
Also my hours would be randomly cut, sometimes I would work 40 hours a week and other I'd be lucky to work 3 hours in a week (that was my final straw).
