Good people to work with, very friendly. Management is usually very understanding and accommodating. Most teams/departments are not strict on work hours as long as the work gets done.
Cons
Upper management changes plans and direction regularly. Atmosphere can get very negative with frequent rounds of layoffs. Little opportunity for career progression.
