Pros

Compared to other companies I've worked with, their culture is upbeat. I have never had that feeling of "dread" before work. I have never been involved in any "company politics" situations. Seems like everyone here enjoys what they do. Management team is very flexible. I have made various suggestions for better ways to do things that have been implemented. I feel like my voice and my ideas matter here.

Cons

The work can sometimes feel tedious. Applications for internal users can be quirky and take some time to learn. Seems like a lot of the client facing applications are a lot easier to use if you're considering a client position role.

Terrible benefits, management does not care about employees, not an inclusive work environment. HEad of HR asked me for vaccine status even though there was no company policy in place for this. I advised I wasn't comfortable providing and since I worked fully remote there was no business need. I said I would consider providing once a policy was in place and I could review it, she agreed. I would "laid off" a week later due to "overstaffing" even though a few weeks earlier I had a great performance review. Also this occured right before Christmas, the offered no severance.
