Pros

There are no pros for industry professionals. The only pros are if you know the owners or have never been in property management. If that's the case, you get bonuses for no doing a thing.

Cons

Friends of the owners make double the salary of people with experience. The owners don't know what they're doing and don't respond to any suggestions. They won't listen to anything that wasn't their idea, and truly do not know the industry. They blatantly and knowingly break the law all the time. They have had three rounds of lay offs this year because all their clients pull out. There is no future in this company.

Pros

The company now offers the opportunity to work from home and if you have a portfolio in other states you definitely will work from home and have the needed flexibility. Health Benefits are Great You will encounter a great team of individuals. The company is very diversified and have happy hour once a month which is really nice.

Cons

Some Upper Management Employees do not have the skill set or experience to accurately manage teams and streamline processes. The pay does not equal the level of work demand They will hire “their friends” or “colleagues” from other property management companies so it’s who they know and not what you know. Very disorganized. You will probably be offended by someone in upper management more than receive a promotion upward. Department changes will be made in an instant but no direct communication “company wide” on how those changes impact each dept. As a result, there is tons of delays in procedures such as leasing, vacancies and collections. They have a “door knocking” policy for outfield employees to follow for rent collection objectives. This is dangerous. It’s 2022 for goodness sakes.

Pros

None. Not one pro at all. It gave me somewhere to go but this was the worst experience ever.

Cons

You pay for your own uniform and drug testing. 2-3 rounds of interviews for low pay, 6 day work weeks and end up working within a family company that knows nothing about day to day property management.
