Pros
Resident Hotels is a fantastic company to be part of. As is grows as a business, it takes its team with it - developing and promoting from within wherever possible. I have been able to grow both professionally and personally in my career through encouraging and thoughtful leadership. We have a fantastic team throughout the business - whom I am proud to work alongside. As a member of the team I feel valued, respected and supported.
Cons
It would be great to have more opportunities to engage with and get to know more team members in other hotels and HQ through job swaps, job shadowing and social events.
