Pros
Pay is not bad for property management.
Cons
Poor to non existent culture. Systems in place for leasing, applications, turn, recerts are all out of date. Very poor training.

Pros
Meaningful work: providing housing to low income individuals. Nice people, friendly, most care about what they do: that is why they do this work. C-Suite people are good people.
Cons
Can be a bit disorganized because the work is so complex and often high-pressure. Some staff are manipulative and self-serving: they are the exception, but have a negative impact on getting the work done effectively.
