      People are so friendly, open, and welcoming and the job duties are right on par.

      Cons

      It takes time to settle in and get used to the day-to-day tasks. Perhaps an improved onboarding process would help out.

      Pros

      I really appreciated the whole recruitment process which was smooth and transparent. After onboarding, I felt appreciated for what I was bringing to the organization. Moreover, the company had many staff training opportunities ensuring that employees are up to speed with industry trends and best practices.

      Cons

      Long working hours, which can be draining to staff.

      The benefits that are provided because these are top-notch. I have sick leave, paid days off, a retirement plan, and the best health insurance you can get.
