      - Great staff and amazing community - Solid mentorship and peers who invest in your actual growth - Constantly learning in this environment - Life changing for professional career development, been able to hone my technical and interpersonal skills exponentially

      Cons

      - Only caveat is Remote, so can be harder to build rapport like traditional in-person companies - Not much cons tbh, this experience is exactly what you make of it, if you put in great effort it can often yield great results
